As we step into a new day and age of Alternative Dispute Resolution, the Indian Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC) is set to broaden boundaries beyond the horizon and deliver the future. IDRC is an initiative of 'Indian Dispute Resolution Council', subsidiary of a Not-for-Profit Organisation 'International Dispute Resolution Council', which is a Company duly registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (Registration No.: U93000DL2020NPL365512) and is also registered with NITI Aayog (Registration No.: DL/2020/0261004). IDRC is duly empanelled with the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India for providing Alternative Dispute Resolution services through Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation online to Government Ministries, Departments, Organisations and Public Sector Undertakings. IDRC is dedicated to provide a highly professional, efficient and state-of-the-art institutional environment for both online and offline resolution of all kinds of disputes in a time bound and cost effective manner. This initiative is backed up by our proven track record in the legal field for the provision of world-class institutional support as a neutral and independent venue for the conduct of Domestic and International Arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings. 

This new facility is a natural reflection of our ongoing commitment to the global ADR and IDR ecosystem and the stakeholders we serve as we remain dedicated to providing the best possible services and innovations in the industry, focusing on ADR, IDR and ODR, dispute avoidance and holistic dispute management.

In a fitting ensemble where modern innovation meets classic heritage, the IDRC Headquaters sits in one of Indian Capital’s most iconic New Delhi location of Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi and Corporate Office at Marine Drive, Mumbai, the Commercial Capital of India apart from it's NCR facilities and affiliate centres in other major cities. The Centre is also supported by Indian Institute of Dispute Resolution (IIDR), an Academic Organization in the Legal Field with expertise from varied Legal arenas and Legal Media leader LatestLaws.com with lakhs of Patrons not only Nationally but also in Asia Pacific and all over the Globe.

Formed pursuant to the resolution by the Government of India to make India a hub of International and Domestic Arbitration and other ADR methodologies, the IDRC is has dedicated itself to function as an independent ADR Institution. Given our mandate to serve the Nation and the Region and as an International Organization, IDRC aspires to grown from strength to strength aiming to become a niche ADR centre in the world, to take its rightful position. The IDRC aims to elevate India's ranking in Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) has maintained by the World Bank by strengthening the Enforcement of Contract parameter.

The  IDRC envisions signal of our continued passion to spearhead an era of development and expansion, both for the Centre and the global ADR ecosystem.  IDRC aspires to continue to be a provider of international-class institutional support as a neutral and independent venue for the conduct of Domestic and International Arbitrations, and other ADR proceedings.

IDRC was inaugurated by Hon'ble Mr. Justice AK Sikri, former Judge Supreme Court and International Judge, Singapore International Commercial Court. NITI Aayog CEO Sh. Amitabh Kant had also graced an event organized by IDRC where he stressed that small and medium value disputes of NBFCs and MSMEs shall be decided by adopting ADR methods and professional online platforms like IDRC can help leverage India's position in 'Enforcement of Contract' and 'Ease of Doing Business'.

Today, IDRC is the leading digital Arbitration Institution in India. It has its Affiliate Centres not only pan India, but also in Asia Pacific and Europe, handling hundreds of domestic and international arbitrations. IDRC also provides services of Expert Determination and Early Neutral Evaluation, as also education and training in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms through its Indian Institute of Arbitration – IIArb, Indian Institute of Mediation (IIMed) and Indian Institute of Dispute Resolution (IIDR).
