Step 1:
Advocates, Law Firms, Litigants and Corporate entities who registered with IDRC can reach www.theidrc.com
Step 2:
Please login into your personal dashboard by entering your email id and secure password
Step 3:
Once logged in please press button ‘Arbitration’ on the left column. Press the same and you will find options to eFile Fresh Case, Filed Cases and Cases as Respondent. Now click on ‘File Fresh Case.’
Step 4:
Now the eArbitration Software will take you to the Case Details Form. Please fill up all the requisite details and press submit button
Step 5:
Now the Software will show you a Preview of Case Details entered by you. Please go through each entry carefully. If needed corrections can be made by pressing Edit button. If the data is found to be correct, please press ‘Make Payment.’
Step 6:
Now you shall be directed to a Third Party Secure Payment Gateway for paying the Registration Fees.
Step 7:
Once the payment is made successfully, the IDRC eArbitration Software will register your case and assign a unique Case Number to it.
Step 8:
Now your option for uploading the Case File will get activated and you can upload your digitally signed Claim Petition and other Documents. The documents so uploaded on the IDRC Cloud can be viewed on the Case Dashboard anytime.
Step 9:
Now IDRC will process your case and if everything is found in place your case will be assigned to an empanelled Arbitrator for adjudication. Now you will be asked to pay Administrative Charges.
Step 10:
Once the same is paid, the assigned Arbitrator will fix a Date for Hearing of the case and the proceedings will start.
