Step 1:
Once the case is assigned, empanelled IDRC Mediator will login into his/her Dashboard and open the ‘Assigned Cases’ list.

Step 2:
Mediator will open the specific assigned case dashboard and schedule its online or offline hearing.

Step 3:
The e Mediation Software will trigger auto generated eNotice to the opposite Party.

Step 4:
The Respondent Party or/and their Counsel can enter appearance by registering themselves with IDRC Portal and submitting their Appearance or Reply, if any, to Mediation petition.
Step 5:
The Mediation Hearing can be arranged in offline as well as eHearing mode via Video Conferencing. This can be fixed through eADR's eBooking facility.
Step: 6
Upon conclusion of day’s hearing the Mediator will enter the proceedings in the text box available in the software. Next date of hearing of the case can be fixed either online or offline with the help of Software before pressing ‘Save Proceedings’ button.
9.4 Add screen
Step 7:
Upon termination of proceedings, in case a Settlement is reached, its copy will be provided digitaly signed by the parties, their Advocates and the Mediator. A signed copy shall be provided to the Parties.
