Booking for online hearing for Arbitration, Mediation or Conciliation can be done only by those Persons or Organisations who have registered themselves with IDRC either as Arbitrator, Mediator, Advocate or Client.
Step 1:
If you are not logged in then please press ONLINE button on the Home page of IDRC Portal OR straightaway go to Menu bar > Facilities > Bookings.
Step 2:
Now login to your account by entering your login credentials.In case you are not registered yet, please register as Advocate or Client. (How to register as Advocate - Client)
Step 3:
Now you have reached your Dashboard. Press the ‘Booking’ button on the left side bar.
Step 4:
Now you have reached booking interface. Please select the Date and Time slot for online hearing.
Step 5:
Now please select whether you wish to book hearing for a IDRC registered case or a non IDRC case.
Step 6:
If you choose IDRC Case then you will need to add IDRC Case Registration particulars. You can select the case from your My Cases List and submit.
Step 7:
If you choose non IDRC Case then you will need to enter additional details.
Step 8:
Now the eADR software will display the booking charge according to timeslot chosen. Now press ‘Book now’ button. It will take you to Third Party secure payment gateway. Proceed to make payment. Once the payment is through, you will get a Booking confirmation info and email.
Step 9:
Now you will be sent a Video Conference link within Three working hours. VC link will also be sent to all the Parties and their Advocates. In case non IDRC matter the link will have to be shared by the person booking the hearing.
