IDRC is maintaining a Panel of ace Arbitrators who bring along rich experience in varied domains viz Judiciary, Legal Profession, Chartered Accountancy apart from Corporate, Real Estate, Construction, Pharma, International Trade and like. IDRC empaneled Arbitrators can also carry out Early Neutral Evaluations (ENE) and Expert Determinations (ED).
Step 1:
IDRC Empanels Arbitrators only by way of Invitation.

Step 2:
Once you receive the invite link with your pre-filled complete name, Login to the same, which will take you to https://theidrc.com/arbitrator/registration
Step 3:
The registration form has three stages, fill in the same with requisite details and submit the Form
Step 4:
IDRC will send an auto-generated email to you acknowledging the receipt of the submitted Form and will request you for verification of your email id.
Step 5:
Once your email id is verified, your Form will be processed by the IDRC Council.
Once approved, an intimation will be sent to you via email along with dedicated login credentials, which shall be the key to your personalized IDRC dashboard.
