Introduction

A complete end to end paperless dispute resolution environment. Our Arbitration Panel has former Judges of Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts apart from Senior Advocates, Ex. Bureaucrats, CAs, Architects, Corporate Leaders and more.
Step 1:
Once the case is assigned, empanelled IDRC Arbitrator will login into his/her Dashboard and open the ‘Assigned Cases’ list.
Step 2:
Arbitrator will open the specific assigned case dashboard and schedule its online or offline hearing.
Step 3:
The eArbitration Software will trigger auto generated eSummons to the opposite Party.
Step 4:
The Respondent Party or/and their Counsel can enter appearance by registering themselves with IDRC Portal and submitting their Appearance or Reply to claim petition.
Step 5:
Upon conclusion of day’s hearing the Arbitrator will enter the proceedings in the text box available in the software. Next date of hearing of the case can be fixed either online or offline with the help of Software before pressing ‘Save Proceedings’ button. Copy of the Proceeding Sheet will be shared with the Parties and Advocates through auto generated emails.
Step 6:
All the proceedings of the case will be available for perusal and download for Arbitrator, Litigants and their Lawyers in the Case Page.
Step 7:
Upon termination of proceedings soft copy of the entire file and proceeding sheets will be available for parties and they will be provided duly signed Arbitral Award as per Rules.
