The agenda for the main conference has now been unveiled. Among the speakers is former Prime Minister of Australia, Julia Gillard AC, Lord (Peter_ Goldsmith KC, Josh Bayliss CEO of Virgin Group, Moira Thompson Oliver, Head of Business and Human Rights at Slaughter and May, High Court judge Mrs Justice Cockerill, Campbell Jackson, Partner and Global Claims and Disputes Leader at EY and a panel moderated by Mr Justice Henshaw.
The Arbitration Day includes panel sessions on the Baltics, Balkans and a tech panel on the West Coast, US with opening remarks by the Minister of Justice, Mike Freer.
