After the success of Arbitrate in India Conclave 2023, the Indian Dispute Resolution Centre is back with the 3rd Arbitrate in India Conclave 2024 on 29th November 2024 at Multi-Purpose Hall, India International Centre, New Delhi.
About the 3rd Arbitrate in India Conclave,2024:
The event marks the 4th Anniversary of the establishment of IDRC. We embarked on this wonderful journey in May 2020, when HMJ Arjan K. Sikri, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India and judge of the International Commercial Court of Singapore, did the honour of inaugurating IDRC.
In a short period, IDRC has conducted numerous International and National arbitrations presided over by former Hon'ble CJIs, Judges of the Supreme Court/High Courts, and leading National and International Arbitrators.
The Conclave is being organised to highlight India's strengths in becoming a Hub of International Arbitration and the challenges in the journey. Conclave will discuss the latest trends in the field of International Commercial Arbitration, Institutional Arbitration and more.
The Conclave will ponder over the theme ’Arbitrate in India’- Making Resolving in India a Reality' to strengthen the government’s call for 'Resolve in India’ and to make India a hub of International and Regional Commercial Arbitration.
The Conclave will feature two Panel Discussions on the following topics:
1. India as a Hub for Institutional Arbitration: Ad-hoc v. Institutional Arbitration and,
2. Arbitration in Banking and Finance Disputes: The way forward.
